Does the embroidery go all the way around the neck, or only on the front?
Only on the front.
Has to be ironed? How much shrinkage if I put in the dryer on high?
It would be better ironed, but high dryer is not suggested, for the material is cotton and linen( easy to wrinkle and shrink in high temp),
Are these sizes true U.S. sizes or do they fit smaller?
This sizes are true, but based on the oversize style (especially the bottom half of the garment), I would say buy your usual size or one size smaller if you’re slim, better read the size chart carefully.
Is this hem the same as the picture?
